The auditions of ‘Indian Idol 6’ were organized today at Udaipur’s Hotel Naturals.

A handful of aspirants came to showcase their passion and talent for singing. Although the auditions were kept very clandestine, but many participants from nearby places came to Udaipur, confirm our sources.

Indian Idol is famous across India as a Music reality show. Indian Idol 6 would be soon wrapping up with its audition phase and will start its telecast on Sony TV. The auditions are already going on in various cities including mini and metro cities viz. Amritsar, Rajkot and Aurangabad, Kolkata, Delhi, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Jaipur, etc.

One of the participants said on conditions of anonymity that the audition was only for candidates who have some musical background and who were known to the organizers for their singing ability and later, the selected ones will be taken forward to the subsequent rounds.

The ones who have missed today’s audition should not be disappointed, as there are many auditions still lined up in Ahmedabad (9^th April, 2012) and Jaipur (dates still to be declared).
