After Aamir Khan’s surprise visit to Udaipur, it is now the turn of Jackie Shroff, who attended the wedding of Tripti, the daughter of his ex-employee Mangilal Mehta. Tripti wed Sandeep Kothari, in a function that was held in a garden near Mahakaleshwar Mandir today.

Mangilal Mehta worked as a personal assistant to Jackie Shroff for many years. The presence of Jackie made the wedding memorable for the bride, groom and their entire family members. The down-to-earth Jackie received a warm welcome by Mehta’s family; wearing a mewari pagdi, he was garlanded by his fans.

Jackie enjoyed the lakeside venue and said that he last came to Udaipur while shooting for the film Yaadein. On his attending Tripti’s wedding, Jackie clarified that he is not a guest here, “Mangilal Mehta is like our family member; he has worked with me for many years.”

Jackie Shroff came at around 3:45 pm and remained there till the wedding program concluded. He left for Mumbai in the evening flight.
