The Junior Study organized a three days residential camp from 11 to 13 Nov for students of class I and II at Badi, near Udaipur.
The expedition camp involving various outdoor and indoor activities where 60 children learnt everything from pottery to horse riding successfully ended up today. Junior Study’s Jinu K Samuel with 5 other teachers and caretakers coordinated this event.
While talking to UT, Jinu said “It was a memorable time with lots of fun and learning, our students who lived alone away from their parents perhaps for the first time, spent a great time with us.
“We had many activities like Art with Paper Mache, Music Class, Trekking, Horse Riding, Pottery Making, Yoga Session, First Aid including Table Manners etc. This will definitely teach them various important aspects of life.” Jinu said.
The first aid lessons were given by Dr. Harish Joshi. Students also did trekking through Sajjangarh which was started from Gorella Point and descended to Badi Lake, informed Jinu.
The camp was organized to give children an in depth knowledge and exposure to various real time activities which would help them in life.
