For the first time in Udaipur, Moto Para-Gliding is going to commence in Udaipur. The Meghalaya Paragliding Association has received the permission from District Administration for the adventure activity to begin.

Under the name of ‘para moto joy ride’, this will mark the beginning of the much awaited adventure sports in the city. Nicolai Singh, President of Meghalaya Paragliding Association said that a number of places of Udaipur are being scrutinized for the purpose. The District Administration has already approved of it, however taking permission from the Airport Authority is in the pipeline.

For now, the activity will start from Bheelo ka Bedla. After Udaipur, this will start in Pushkar, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur, said Singh.

The activity is going to start with 2 gliders in the beginning. Intact with tight security and safety, a rider will be accompanied with a pilot. On a fixed rate, there will be a round of half hour and another of 16 minutes.
