Consumerism was discussed in details at home science college where P. K. Jhanwar and Mr. Choradiya from Maruti Seva Sansthan, Prof. Suman Singh and Dr. Seema Dwivedi from family resource management department were present.

It was dicussed that the consumer is the kind and should be aware of his rights in order to stay safe from exploitation. Various issues of consumerism like misguiding ads, improper pricing, quality matters etc were discussed in depth by present members.
