[Photos] Junior Study Celebrates Annual Day
The 18th Annual Day of Junior Study, Ambavgarh Udaipur was celebrated at Shilpgram’s open stage in the evening of 27 Nov. Hundreds of audiences comprising of parents and relatives of students witnessed this marvelous event. Since its inception in 1994, The Junior Study has set a different paradigm in education sector of Udaipur; its superb academic performance with balanced presence in co-curricular activities has put the school in top schools of the city. The guest of honor for today’s function was Dr. Harish Joshi, consultant Pediatrican based in United Kingdom who was welcomed by Asha Singh, Founder and Principal of Junior Study and they inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp.

The guest of honor for today’s function was Dr. Harish Joshi, consultant Pediatrican based in United Kingdom who was welcomed by Asha Singh, Founder and Principal of Junior Study and they inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp.
The first to come was a Sufi Dance by students of Class-I which was followed by a patriotic action song by Pre-Nursery kids that gripped the attention of all.
Principal, Asha Singh presented the Annual Report and said, “Annual Day is a day of fun and frolic and every child shows his skills and they gain confidence to face audience. This is a great deal of knowledge which comes beyond books.”
The childish moves of nursery kids during theme based fashion show in colorful attires of Indian style made the parents proud to see their tiny tots performing. Next was a Western Dance on foot tapping number Matilda Matilda by students of LKG which compelled the audience to sing with them.
The junior qawaals including students of class LKG, UKG and IV has certainly made everyone says wah!! wah!! The Qawwali injected the feeling of patriotism in every soul present there.
Jinu K Samuel of Junior Study informed that the preparation of the annual day started a month back and all the teachers, staff and students have put in hard work to make this event successful.
When asked what the actual motive behind the Annual Day is, Jinu said, “We want our students to get maximum exposure to display their skills, every year we do this event at Shilpgram to give children the feel of a big stage and high lights.”
The fusion dance by students of UKG with the replicas of pyramids and Taj Mahal and western music in background fascinated everyone. A few more stars to this star-studded night hosted by Junior Study were added when students of class 2, dressed in beautiful pink costumes took position on stage with their Western Dance.
Dr. Harish Joshi the chief guest of today’s program praised the performance of students in his short speech and congratulated all for the splendid evening.
Maypole Dance by students of Class 3 was simply terrific and a brilliant example of hard work and practice and therefore, with the students, the credit also goes to the teachers who train them so flawlessly. The last to come on stage was the contemporary dance by class IV students, the military tanks and aircrafts landed on Shilpgram’s stage with the brilliant performance by the students.
The beautiful evening flowing with all positive energies ended with grand finale where all the participants gathered on the stage for the national anthem.
