After continuous supply of water from overflowing Fateh Sagar and Sawroop Sagar lakes of Udaipur, one of the biggest lakes of Udaipur, Udaisagar has overflowed today after reaching its highest level of 27.61 feet. Hundreds of people from nearby villages around Dabok areas have gathered to see the marvelous view of the lake and its water falling in the canal which reaches to Vallabhnagar. According to an irrigation officer present on the spot, the water of the lake has already touched the top level but the gates will not be opened till all the dirt that came from Ayad River flows out. It is reported that a large amount of waste which had gathered in both the lakes of Udaipur and Ayad River has now flowed into Lake Udaisagar which is harmful for the habitants of this beautiful lake.
