Needless to say that the month of February is branded as the month of Love due to the Valentine’s Day, which falls on 14^th of Feb. Legend has it that on this day, Valentine was an imprisoned man who well in love with his jailor’s daughter and before being put to death on this day, wrote her a letter and signed it “Your Valentine” .

Despite reservations from some part of the society, Valentine Day is celebrated worldwide with a lot of enthusiasm.

The celebration runs for an entire week and every day is dedicated to some or the other symbol of love.

Today was the Chocolate Day and City of Lakes is not only a centre of tourism but it also closely preserves cultures of every part of the world. Group of friends, couples and dear ones were seen celebrating the day by giving roses to each other as a sign of love and care.
