Rotary Club Begins Interact Conference 'UDAN'

workshop for 4th and 5th December was given to the participants in the conference after the welcome speech by Pawan Kothari. The conference provides a chance to the local students to exchange their thoughts with the students who have come from other cities.200 students from various schools are expected to participate in this work shop out of which 50 students have come from other cities to attend it.

 
Rotary Club Begins Interact Conference 'UDAN'

The inaugural ceremony of three days Interact Conference ‘Udaan’ was organised today at Vigyan Bhawan. The conference is hosted by Rotary Club of Udaipur Mewar.

The Chief Guest of the function was G. Balachandran while Dr. Nirmal Singvi was the Guest of Honor and Dr. Seema Singh presided over the conference. Other eminent personalities present at the function were Pawan Kothari, President, Rotary Club Udaipur Mewar, Dr. Swati Bhanawat, Secretary Rotary Club, Udaipur Mewar, and Yogesh Pagaria, Organising Secretary.

200 students from various schools are expected to participate in this work shop out of which 50 students have come from other cities to attend it.

G. Balachandran, who is an HRD consultant and certification commissioner at JCI University, USA and an international training fellow and Meeta Agarwal, a soft skill trainer and motivator will be taking up the sessions for the next 2 days with the students in the workshop on various topics like attitude , communication, working with people, adaptability etc.

G. Balachandran said in the conference, “The age of 8-10 is the right age for the character formation. It is nice opportunity for all the participants to meet and interact with other participants coming from different cities.”

He added, “Children are much better than adults in certain situations and many a times they teach something valuable to us.”

He will emphasize on three very important things to lead a happy life: confidence, faith and hope in children during the workshop.

The conference aims to provide a fun filled learning of some essential skills of life which will benefit children to face the fast-paced future and growing competition in the world.

The guests also released the bulletin of Rotary Club, ‘Lamhe’ in the conference.

Last year this interact conference was held at Mount Abu and there are about 224 interact clubs in district.
