In remembrance of Pandit Chandrashekhar Raman, a renowned classical musician of ancient time, 5th musical show ‘Pancham Dhrupad Samaroha’ is organized from 12th November to 15th November at Vivekanand Hall, Science College, Udaipur.

In remembrance of Pandit Chandrashekhar Raman Kunwar Shastri, a renowned classical musician of ancient time, 5th musical show ‘Pancham Dhrupad Samaroha’ will be organized from 12th November to 15th November at Vivekanand Hall, Science College, Udaipur.
Pandit Chandrashekhar Raman was also awarded with the title ‘Sanskriti Vyas’ by then Royal house of Mewar.
Schedule of the show is as follows:
12th November: 7 pm
Classical Karnatak song by Rukmani Vijayraghvan and Kuashalya Vijyaraghvan( from Delhi). Nancy Kulkarni (from U.S.A) will be playing cello in Dhrupad.

Director: Narhari Thakkar (Senior Priest Head, Nathadwara Temple)
13th November: 7 pm
Dhrupad singing by Aparna Shashtri (from Mumbai), Ritvik Sanyal (from Banaras) and Rajshekhar Vyas will be on Rudra Veena.

14th November: Morning 9:30 am
A seminar is planned in which Raj ShekharVyas and Rameshvar Ameta will deliver their intellectual speech on the subject “Indian Classical Music and Dhrupad”

In the evening at 7 pm:
Dhrupad singing by Udai Bhvalankar (from pune) and Rudra Veena will be played by Ustad Bahauddin Dager (from Mumbai).

15th November: 7 pm
Group Dhrupad a song by Fariduddin Dagar, Udai Bhvalankar and his student and Ashish Lalit, Group Rudra Veena will be played by Bahauddin Dagar and Rajshekhar Vyas and his students Ashish and Lalit.

Director: Murli Shankar
In the entire programme an instrument Pakhvaz will be played by Shrikant Mishra (from Banaras).
