To discuss on and get an insight for making the transport situation of Udaipur more robust, Associate Professor Tanveer Alam, of the Civil Engineering department at Sunrise College, Udaipur, will be taking part in the 2 day User Group Meet at New Delhi.

This conference is being organized by PTV Vision, a Germany based Technology Company specializing in Transportation Planning Software. Engineers and planners from UAE, South Africa, Germany will be among the many participants in this meet.

The Chairman of Sunrise, Harish Rajani said that transportation planning in Udaipur has become a mandatory requirement now. Incorporating technology prevalent in the developed countries to the cities in India is going to be a major discussion agenda and Professor Alam has been invited from Udaipur for this purpose.

He further said that such a conference was earlier organized in Udaipur and the motive of such participations and conferences is to ensure that the participants can elaborately discuss and assist the town planners in ensuring that the traffic and transportation situation in the city sustains the growing requirements and meets the needs for the next couple of decades.
