It’s absolutely not a news for those who live in metro cities or somewhere in Dubai, Singapore or New York but for us, Udaipurites this is definitely a big happening to see the first super cruiser bike Harley Davidson in Udaipur (in photo above).

Many of you have already spotted this world’s famous motorbike roaming in the city, Superlow – The Harley’s one of the models is now going to be spotted often.

It’s worth whooping Rs.600,000/- on road, it has four valves, it runs by petrol and don’t dare to ask the mileage of this 883cc power machine. It generates power of 70nm @ 3750rpm from the air cooled Evolution engine.

However, it is the first Harley-Davidson bike in Udaipur but it is the third super bike if we count Suzuki’s Hayabusa and Ducati which is already running in the Lake City from last few years (I skipped Kawasaki Ninja from the list which are nearly half-a-dozen in Udaipur).

Coming back to Harley-Davidson, one of the bike enthusiast of Udaipur has told us that there are around 10-12 Harleys in Rajasthan with Jaipur got the most of it. Harley has a cult of its own and it is a perfect motor bike for those who love to go on long drives. It is specially meant for people above 30 as youngsters prefer fast racing bikes.

For any bike enthusiast, owning a Harley-Davidson is a dream-come-true. Udaipur is no less than any metro city of India. When we have several ranges of assorted vintage cars and number of Mercs and BMWs then why not Harley, Ducati and Hayabusa?
