For the upcoming celebrations of 475th birthday of Maharana Pratap, city’s social club- Lions Club Maharana welcomed the tourists visiting the city at Railway Station with tilak on their heads, collected from the land of Haldighati.

Lions Club’s President Chetan Chaudhary was accompanied with members including Prem Singh Shaktawat, Ashok Jain, Rajesh Sharma, Sanjay Kothari, Vipin Lodha, Rakesh Chakravarti, Dr. Rajendra Singh Jagat, Dilip Singh Bansi, Virendra Singh Boheda and many others.
On the other side, the members of Shri Ram Bajrang Sena garlanded the photo of the Mewar’s legend. Founder Khyalilal Rajak addressed the members with the story of Pannadhay and her sacrifice.
Members such as Narendra Singh Kanda, Pukhraj Singh Rajpurohit, Gehri Lal Suthar, Shiv Shankar Suthar, Umesh Nagda, Mangilal Gorana, Ghanshyam Singh Bhinder and many others were present.
On the occasion of the birth anniversary on Wednesday, city’s 225 workers of 125 committees and institutes will be honored with a picture of Maharana Pratap and shawl.
