Another feather gets added in Udaipur’s cap! This time the city has made its way among the list of top ten culturally rich cities of the world.

Beating the cities like Prague, famous for its quirky sculpture; Florence that is considered as the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance; Amman, the cosmopolitan blend of cultures and many other culturally rich cities of the world, Udaipur stands at number 3 after Chiang Mai, Thailand and Kathmandu, Nepal on the 1st and 2nd place, respectively.

The list featured on Lifehack, a website specializing in providing tips for happy and a better life, cites the world’s top ten culturally rich cities that travelers need to visit.

According to the website, “In Udaipur, you could be forgiven for mistaking that you have traveled back in time into an Indian fairy tale. Included in the list are places like Berlin (Germany), Melbourne (Australia), Marrakesh (Morocco) and Hanoi (Vietnam). Udaipur, yet again placing itself on the world map in terms of culture is surely, a proud moment for all the people of Udaipur.
