To encourage harmony, significance of higher learning and generating new career opportunities in the field of fashion and beauty, Hair and Beauty Organization (HBO) is organizing a one day state level conference on Tuesday 20th December at Hotel India International, Udaipur.

In this first conference of HBO, 125 beauty therapists, hair dressers and make-up artists from 16 citie from across India are expected to participate. The Chief Guest of this event will be Sangeeta Chouhan, President of All India Hair and Beauty Association.

On the theme of Tribal Kirshna, a ramp show, Fashion 2012 will be organized by a team of 5 creative members, viz. Shweta Paliwal, Tripati Veshnav, Manju Sharma, Pushkar Sen and Asha Paliwal. The Ramp Show will depict the actual colors of Lord Krishna and his life.

Ashok Paliwal, President of Hair and Beauty Organization informed in a press conference today that the conference will start 9:30 a.m and is expected to conclude 5:30 p.m. A national level board meeting of the HBO is also slated on 21 ^st December, the day after the conference. The conference is expected to serve an educational purpose for the participants who will be given presentations on how to take care of hair, nails, skin, etc. by the hair dressers and the beauticians. Ashok Paliwal told UT that “Due to lack of proper instruction and training in the field of hair and beauty, our local beauticians often are not able to compete in national and international levels. I want to prove, if given a chance, beauticians from Udaipur can also lead.” Representatives of many prominent fashion magazines like Salon International, Honeymoney, iDiva, Beauty Today and Style Speak will be attending the conference. HBO works on the motive of Unity, Education and Competition. With the help of appropriate training to the member beauticians, HBO aims to prepare the local level beauticians for the national and state level competitions. “HBO will organize camps from time to time to train the beauticians”, said Paliwal.
