The obvious future as per the present approach of water usage and the harmful effects of drug addiction on society and individual was presented in the form of stage play presented by the students in the direction of Dr. P.C. Jain at College of Dairy and Food Science Technology under N.S.S Scheme.
The first play was depicting the future when the water will be nearly unavailable and would have a monetary value for an individual. The problems to be faced in such future were caricatured in the play.
The moral of the presentation was to Save Water and promote Rain Water harvesting else Water would also become one of the major causes of the crime in time to come.
In the second session, the play on ‘Addiction’ outlined the side-effects of smoking, chewing tobacco and other such habits on an Individual and the society at large.
The play displayed that how none of your dear and near ones can help you when you get in the grip of these fatal addictions.
It demoted the symbolization of these addictions as the status symbol by individuals and also pointed these to be the cause of increasing number of accidents and divorces etc.
