Wild Life Week: Quiz competition held at Gulab Bagh

Today, students from various schools have participated in a Quiz Competition and ‘Identify the Picture competition?’ held at Gulab Bagh, Udaipur.

Around 200 school students participated in the competition and enjoyed a pleasant day at zoo in Gulab Bagh.

According to Rahul Bhatnagar, Chief Conservator, Wild Life the competitions were divided into various categories according to the class of students; standard 1 to 3 were put in 1st group, 4 to 5 in 2nd and 6 to 8 students were put in 3rd group and all the students took part in the events enthusiastically.

On the 4th day of the week, October 4 a natural sightseeing to Kumbhalgarh Wild Life Sanctuary is scheduled and nature and wild life enthusiasts will also join the camp.

Spot Painting competition which has been planned for 5 October will now take place on 7 October due to Dussehera break in schools. However the venue is not changed and will be conducted at Alok School Sec-11 from morning 9 to 12.

Wild Life Week started on October 1 with a mass cycle rally that was joined by hundreds of students and social activists of the city and such activities will go on till 7 Oct.
