Wild Life Week Starts with Clean Air Campaign
Several students, NGOs and NCC cadets participated in a Cycle Rally to mark the 57th Wild Life Week in Udaipur which started from Town Hall at 7 in the morning and ended at Bhandari Darshak Mandap with events of lucky draw and speeches by environmentalists and guests present there.

Clean Air Campaign initiated by Forest Department of Udaipur with support of Mahaveer International and many other local NGOs and organizations was a successful start of Wild Life Week which has series of events coming up.
Ishwender Singh, Group Commander of 5 th Raj Battalion and Dr. N.C Jain, Chief Forest Conservator lead the rally on cycle which was followed by hundreds of students and NCC cadets. The rally ended at Bhandari Darshak Mandap where winning participants were honored with bicycles and several others received discounts on purchasing of bicycles. Chote Singh, an NCC cadet has won the first prize while Parmila Tak student of Residency School and Nazima Amar, teacher at Bohra Youth Public school has won second and third prize respectively. The top three winners were given bicycles by Rotary Club of Udaipur while in other categories 9 participants were given 75%, 50% and 25% off on purchase of new bicycles. The programme was attended by MP, Raghuveer Singh Meena, District Head, Madhu Mehta, Chief Wild Life Officer, Rahul Bhatnagar, Group Commander, I.S Sahdeva, Environmentalist Ismail Durga, Spokesperson of Bohra Youth, Anees Miyaji and many others to boost the participants. From Mahaveer International Shryut Chatar, Dr. Shalendra Lodha, Dr. GC Lodha, Narendra Hinger, Mahendra Baya and Vijaysingh Khamesra were present.
