There are times when you suffer from a huge mental trauma and that’s the point where you start getting into depression. When you over think about a problem or any incident by which you were deeply affected, it then slowly starts to eat you up from inside. And it will do so until you won’t become empty from inside, it will make you hopeless, emotional, and sad-very sad and will kill you from within.

Take any of the studies conducted by professionals, each one of it will show the highest ratio of the population fighting with depression. It is because of the reason that we are so much pampered right from our childhood that our mind and heart are not ready to take any great setbacks. We have become so much prone to happiness and good days that we can’t bear to see the other side of the coin.

Kids of this decade can’t handle any sort of failure so easily; they can’t even handle low grades, losing a game or a genuine scolding. They will have to learn to accept the blessings of life and rejoice every moment of it.

The best way to deal with this phase is to listen to everyone, listen to the ones who are in more pain than you; try to solve their problem. Ultimately you will forget about your issues and the problems you were dealing with. It is a fact that when you don’t give attention to a part of information stored in your brain for a longer duration of time then it gradually starts to fade away. And the same thing you can do to deal with depression.

And that is why it’s rightly said that : “Where there is will, there is a way“.

So just try to look at the brighter side of the page and try to ignore the bad phases of life and they will eventually fade away.

Listen to others and try to motivate everyone you feel needs motivation and you will end up motivating yourself to deal with the situation and becoming happy again.

Smile, and don’t let the depression overcome you instead depress the depression. Depress the Depression
