Kiran Sandhu has always been looking at creativity when it came to work, as she graduated from being a Training Manager at Hero Mindmine, moving on ot Clifford Chance as Head of Learning and Development, right to her last employment, as Asst Vice President with HSBC.

Managing a team of trainers and consultants, working on content creation, training delivery and running Train The Trainer programs, Kiran has also taken her creativity to the sales front, training Business Development teams to make presentations to clients.

Kiran opted out of corporate employment and has set out to be on her own now, by setting up a learning and development firm, organising training programs for individuals and corporate.

Also keen on articulating her thoughts in the form of poems and stories, Kiran has penned a few small pieces that she shares with our readers…
