Alcohol has negative effects on your organs like liver, kidney and brain etc. Smoking is not good for you because it can lead to many types of cancers like lung cancer, kidney cancer, throat cancer, mouth cancer and many other health problems.
Healthy life requires a healthy sleep. Yes, sleep is very important as food is important for you. People who sleep less, eat more and ultimately gain weight. Lack of sleep can lead to dark circles, pre-mature ageing and a tired face. Sleep hours and sleep timings are important too. “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

There are so many benefits of exercise; it will increase your life years, it will keep you healthy and will help to keep away all the diseases. Fiber helps in weight loss also, as it swells in the intestine and gives you the feeling of fullness and ultimately you will eat less and will lose weight.
