yatra indeed.’ My God! Those people didn’t even leave that calm place. When at the morning hour we were not even allowed to park our vehicles after a certain limit, those uncles got the guts to drive their riches for some
yatra!!! When everybody comes to enjoy this peaceful destination, who gives any Neta the liberty to spoil the surroundings?
So, as soon as this ‘
Kaafila’ stopped, we resumed our walk. Yet again, after only 5-10 steps that we had walked, we saw another trail of cars, but this time all in different colors, self exclaiming that they weren’t of any other Neta but of Businessmen. All the uncles had either their son or a similar aged man along with them. I remember I heard someone say aloud-‘Must be the big-wigs and their new men in the business; getting the “Blessings” is the right start to their business.’ And I busted out into a loud laugh at what I saw! What kind of ‘
chelaas’ were they? The poor Neta wouldn’t even have gotten out of his car then, and the newbies were just racing over to get the
ashirwaad first! As the smell of the fuel cleared up, I stretched my legs for a while, to get ready to walk back to my home. And what I see… The cars which had, just a few minutes ago, raced up to go and mark their ‘
Haazirry’, were returning back. And trust me, every serious face had turned out into some kind of a wicked smile as if they had struck a huge jackpot! And why not? These special
ashirwaads were from ‘The Neta Ji’, they had to be special in every way. They make the
aamjanta cry and the
chelaas smile! The reason why I say – It’s Netaji Kahiye !
