On one hand we can see campaigns to save electricity but there is other side of the coin also where the authorities are not aware of the wastage of the precious resource.

The irony is that when the people are rescheduling their routine according to regular power cut, there are many road lights that are lightening the path even in the day time and concerned people from RSEB or Municipal Council are not conscious about this.

The picture here was taken at about 1:30 p.m. on national highway number 76 and the other picture is of the same route while returning at 3.30pm, but the Road lights were in the same condition; ON giving light to passersby.

It is high time that and concerned authorities from RSEB and Municipal Council must realise and check this on regular basis.

If we are really conscious about the development of our country it is our moral responsibility to inform the authorities about any such waste of electricity as progress is not an individual affair we all have to work to achieve it.

Through the medium of UT, I request all its readers to inform the related department if they come across any such misuse as it will help not only in the development of our nation but will also increase our comfort.
