Udaipur has earned its name globally as a tourist destination. Taking photographs and selfies are a part and parcel for any tourist. Considering that, this short note is to make a case for putting up selfie points in Udaipur.

Selfie and/or photography points have come up in quite a few cities and have been a big hit. We have photography point at Bandra Reclamation in Mumbai that says “Love Mumbai”. Amsterdam carries a photography set-up that says IAMSTERDAM outside Dutch national museum of arts and history. These places are frequently seen to be flocked by people to have their photographs clicked.

Not only do these selfie/photography points act for taking pics but they also serve as great memorablia and souveneir items. Best part is setting these up will not be too expensive and the returns in terms of tourist experience could be pretty high.
