[Poem]: What if I had never grown up?
The best days of my life, I didn't even know, How different were a six and nine.
The best days of my life
I didn’t even know
How different were a six and nine.
How everyone pulled my cheeks
And I would reply
It hurts, do it not please.
How everyone cared only about me
Father, friends, teachers, mother
Now not even a single is bothered.
The difficult decision was choosing a crayon
What if I remained as a kid from the time I was born?
I didn’t know why in school
Were we supposed to study?
Only job was to have fun around with buddies
I tell you I was such a naive
Used to practice how to align myself
In a straight line.
Would talk only when class was silent
Madam’s reaction – totally violent.
Loved how everyone pampered,
That affection at present has got hampered.
All made pranks made each other fool,
As if that was the only sign to display you are cool.
At a time I used to eat ice creams
Two or three, frozen or melting.
The very next day was found badly sneezing
I were such an incorrigible one,
Oh! Good lord! I wish I had never grown up!
