Getting tired of Bollywood masala and Hollywood action? Then there is something just for you. Right now in India, we have got a brand new industry especially for some show biz dealing with controversies. Wondering what it is? It’s none other than “POLLYWOOD” !
Yes it’s “Pollywood”; too ingenious to define, it’s the diurnal action packed drama of our politicians who have continuously entertained us with their vital comments and dramas. After the days of IPL and the World Cup matches and super hit movies like Dabaang, our politicians have decided that now it’s time for them to show their acting skills.
Hence now days we have been constantly geared up by the daily breaking new doses from the time of dawn till the nightfall. And the modernistic drama of “fighting against corruption” has become a super duper hit by the politicians.
Though this fight against corruption may be an authentic fight, our politicians simply nudge their nose and make it another spicy controversy.
Recently, Baba Ramdev, who had played a role of a comedian in this drama, tried to fight the government but Sonia’s government, which seems to be the villain of the story, smacked him off. And the BJP party, which had been a crucial character, would always appear on the scene like a jack in the box, add some comments, burn up the entire issue and wait for the next drama where they can repeat these actions.
Though we get sick and tired up with our daily soaps but this political breaking news would never make us turn it off.
And, though there have been no prominent changes in our society or in our country due to these so called wrangles or fights, these have certainly given a huge boost to the TRP ratings of the news channels, popularized our politicians while putting them in the lime light.
India, which is emerging as one of the most powerful countries of the world, would never reach its goal if it won’t fight such problems. India especially is one such country which has been dominated or governed largely by the politicians to the extent that our country has come to be called the “politician’s empire” by the public.
And if such fights and controversies would never end, then we would continue to be a developing country even after 50 years from now.
What we require today is not politics or fights, but the passion or urge to live in a free world and live in a country full of peace and harmony. This is something that every individual of our country feel is important. It is something that every one of us hopes for so we could also be one of those citizens who would be proud to say that they live in INDIA, a land of love and harmony.
