Reader Contribution: Trust your Instincts
Try and explore new paths, even you can be someone's guidebook. Until and unless you don't try a different thing how will you get to know about it, when you explore it opens up more opportunities and widen up your horizons of mind. You get to see that there is a world beyond your knowledge and expectations that not everything is as easy as you think; and not even as difficult as it seems.
Me-Umm…Shall I do this?? Mind-No, I can’t take risk. Heart- Let us try it, I am saying nothing will get wrong.
This is a most common conversation you have within you on almost daily basis. On every different situation- may it not be a difficult one, but still we get this conversation replayed in our minds countless times. Sometimes you have to choose another path; there will be a time when not every path in front of you will be there with a guidebook.
Try and explore new paths, even you can be someone’s guidebook. Until and unless you don’t try a different thing how will you get to know about it, when you explore it opens up more opportunities and widen up your horizons of mind. You get to see that there is a world beyond your knowledge and expectations that not everything is as easy as you think; and not even as difficult as it seems.
In life, try to trust your instincts or we can say that go with your gut feeling. Whenever you think your heart, your body is giving you positive signs- go ahead with it. Don’t step back just by fearing the not so obvious fears, as you never know which path beholds what all experiences for you. What at maximum will happen? That thing/trip will be unsuccessful or will not happen. So what? If you would have not planned to do it, it was not happening only anyway. But now at least you know how to plan further for other such situations so that it could happen in a better and organized way. You just get another way to do things.
Just sit for a while in peace and listen to your mind and heart and hear in which direction they are pointing and then walk in that direction with no fear of setbacks. Keep the simple formula in your mind that there is always a first time to be a part of an experience holder so think about it in other way and gather as much knowledge about the work as you can to be someone’s guidebook.
Keep exploring and widening the horizons of your knowledge.
