52nd AGM of Udaipur Urban Co-Op Bank: Reports Strong Financial Growth

Bank’s Capital Adequacy Ratio stands at 27.49%, deposits cross Rs 851 crore, pre-tax profit at Rs14.14 crore in FY 2024-25

Udaipur, May 24, 2025 – The 52nd Annual General Meeting of The Udaipur Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Udaipur, was held on May 23 at Field Club, Fatehpura. The event saw the participation of former chairpersons and a large number of bank members. Among the guests were Mohan Parashar, Chairman of The Rajasthan Urban Co-operative Bank Federation Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer ML Sharma.

The bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Samina Banu Mehmooda, presented the proceedings report of the previous general meeting held on May 24, 2024, which was approved by the audience.

Welcoming the members, UUCB Chairman Tauseef Hussain shared that for the financial year 2024-25, the bank's deposits amounted to Rs 851.45 crore and advances stood at Rs 371.45 crore. The bank’s Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 27.49%, reflecting a strong financial position. The bank recorded a pre-tax profit of Rs 14.14 crore, and its reserve fund has increased to Rs 132.26 crore.

The Chairman highlighted that the bank currently offers a wide range of digital services to its customers, such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, ATM, Debit Card, PMJJBY, PMSBY, UPI, BBPS, Net Banking View facility, POS machines and QR code services. Additionally, the Sarvatra Card Safe Application is available to ATM cardholders, enabling them to block their cards and set transaction limits for ATM withdrawals and e-commerce usage.

To enhance customer service, the bank has installed modern, high-tech ATMs at Bohrawadi, Arvanah Mall, Kharol Colony, the main office premises and on its Hiran Magri branch premises.

The bank does not charge any fees for services such as IMPS, UPI, cheque book (for savings accounts) and SMS alerts, shared the CEO.
