Suresh Chandra, ADM – Chittorgarh and Nitin Jain, AVP – Commercial, Wonder Cement Ltd. planted guava saplings at Panchfal Udhyan. Panchfal Udhyan is an orchard developed by Wonder Cement Ltd. in collaboration with Gram Panchayat – Badoli Madhosingh of Panchayat Samiti – Nimbahera in Chittorgarh district.

Wonder Cement Ltd. under its CSR initiative has developed this orchard for the generating additional source of income for local gram panchayat, making availability of nutritious fruits for villagers and environment conservation. WCL has planted 10,000 hybrid grafted fruit saplings variety includes guava, jamun, apple, orange, banana, custard apple,  Amla, lemon, chiku etc. in nine hectare area. This orchard is maintained by gram panchayat through MGNREGA funds.

ADM also visited incense sticks making centre at village Borakheri and appreciated the efforts of WCL for enabling rural women who earns their livelihood by making incense sticks on semi-automatic machine.

On this occasion Akhilesh Shakadwipee, Sr. Manager – Admin and Moti Lal Paliwal, Sr. officer–Horticulture from WCL, Sarpanch Narayan Lal, Deputy-Sarpanch Ganshyam Singh Solanki, and villagers were also present.
