Advaiya has been offering career opportunities to graduates from accredited colleges and universities across the country. The company recently participated in the ‘Apprenticeship Job Fair’ organized jointly by Aravali Institute of Technical Studies and Board of Apprenticeship Training (NR), an autonomous body under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.

Saurav and Jigyasa, on behalf of Advaiya, conducted Aptitude and Technical tests, the result of which would be communicated to Aravali institute. The job fair received registrations from 613 students, the passed-out engineering graduates and diploma holders to make it a huge success. Advaiya also conducted campus recruitment at Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS) for the position of EPM Developer, SharePoint Developer, IT administrator and Research Associate. As per the eligibility criteria, more than 20 profiles were shortlisted from Computer Science (CS) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch, and sent further for an Aptitude Test. The qualified students will now be called for the next round of interview.
