Anandan – Google India MD appointed as IAMAI Chairman
Rajan Anandan, Managing Director of Google India has been appointed as Chairman of Internet and Mobile Association of India. Rajan, also an angel investor takes over the reigns from FreeCharge co-founder and Chairman Kunal Shah.

Chairman and Group CEO of MakeMyTrip, Deep Kalra has been appointed the Vice Chairman of IAMAI.
IAMAI, with offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta and Bengaluru, is the country’s leading association of digital companies, with a membership of nearly 300 Indian and overseas companies.
An MSc from Stanford and BSc from Massachuttes Institute of Technology Anandan, had joined Google in 2011, after a stint with Microsoft where he looked after the software giants OEM, software and services business. He joined Google as Vice President, Sales and Operations. His career had begun as principal partner with McKinsey and Company way back in 1992.
Also an active angel investor, Anandan has funded many mobile, internet and software startups viz. ZipGo, Lucideus, Omnify, POPxo, Unacademy and Sheroes.
