Aravali Institute of Technical Studies (AITS), an institution in Technical and Management Education, announced a partnership with PurpleLeap, a Pearson Educomp Company and a pioneer in entry level talent management to provide Skill Enhancement Programs, to make students ready to be employed by industry.

 

Aravali Ties-up with PurpleLeap for Employability TrainingAravali Institute of Technical Studies (AITS), an institution in Technical and Management Education, announced a partnership with PurpleLeap, a Pearson Educomp Company and a pioneer in entry level talent management to provide Skill Enhancement Programs, to make students ready to be employed by industry.

The partnership is aimed at preparing one of the largest industry-ready talent pools in Udaipur. The partnership will function as a one-stop solution for Career Management and Skill Development of students as well as Training and Placement for college.

Students will undergo training at the PurpleLeap Atrium for Career Excellence (PLACE) set up inside the campus. The program is expected to immediately benefit students. AITS will be equipped with state-of –the –art-labs and VSAT enabled Digital classrooms from PurpleLeap.

AITS will benefit from this partnership through PurpleLeap’s PLACE program which is a training program mapped to entry-level roles across software development, telecom, IT infrastructure management, embedded systems, robotics and design. The program focuses on training students on technical domains as well as organizational skills such as communication and problem solving.

PurpleLeap will also bring in corporate partnerships to ensure that students from AITS will have higher & better opportunities for employment in industry. A dedicated Industry-Connect Cell will coordinate with leading organizations across industries for providing industry exposure along with appropriate career opportunities.

Speaking on this occasion Om Prakash Agrawal, Patron to AITS said, “We are delighted to announce our tie up with PurpleLeap. Over the last one year AITS has endeavored to improve the quality of education imparted at our institute.
