Archi Group to launch new project 'Peace Park'
Archi Group, a real estate company of Udaipur is going to start a new residential project at Hiran Magri Sector 4. The Bhumi-Poojan of Peace Park will be conducted on October 19th at 11:30am.

Spread across 100,000 sq.ft area, Peace Park is first of its kind project in Hiran Magri area. Seven towers will be constructed with 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats.
Rishabh Kumar Bhanawat, Managing Director of the project informed that at the podium level which will be of 17000 sq.ft, several facilities like lawn/garden, swimming pool, gym, banquet hall, children play area, temple, driver dormitory, shopping area, Jogging track, skating ring etc.will be available with 24 hours security.
Bhanawat informed that the 2 BHK flats will be 1542 sqft while 3 BHK will be available in different sizes viz. 1730, 1778, 1966 and 2188 sq.ft. The 4 BHK Flats will be of 2584 sq.ft. All flats will be constructed according to earthquake resistance RCC frame.
The Peace Park will be completed in four years.
