The Business complex, once completed will boast of 174 Shops, 86 Offices, a roof top restaurant towering above the City of Lakes, supported by an earthquake resistant building infrastructure, harboring a two level basement parking that can accommodate 150 cars through a two layer mechanized parking system.
Hasan informed the attendees of the Press Conference that the complex will be constructed over a 24,000 sq. ft. area having a Ground plus 7 Floor tower apart from the basement areas. Third floor of ARVANA will be named the Queens Street and the fourth floor will be called the Kings Street. The shops will be of sizes ranging from 71 sq. ft. to 3391 sq. ft, while the offices located on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors will be of varying sizes ranging from 264 sq. ft. to 608 sq. ft.
He also informed that this earthquake resistant design subscribes to Vaastu concepts and boasts of a beautiful, bold and modern elevation. The common area and the corridors across the building are also set to have a pleasing ambience. The roof top restaurant sitting atop this beautiful and landmark destination is another modern concept that is not visible in similar structures in this part of the world.
ARVANA will have a dual access – from Hathipol side as well as from the Ashwini Bazaar side. Drainage and cleanliness will be taken due care of, so as not to cause any problems to the existing infra around the structure, especially the General Hospital.

He also said that a high speed capsule lift wills transport visitors till the fourth floor and there will be passenger lifts as well as additional service lifts from the basement level till the terrace. State of the art flooring and material will be used in the construction.

Rain Water harvesting systems across the complex, pre-paid metering and a complete No Smoking Zone are the other features in ARVANA. Venugopal and Associates are the architects of this project.
