Grand 1-2-1 Conclave 'Disha 3.0' by BNI Udaipur Creates Record Networking Opportunities at Udaipur

Udaipur, Sept 21, 2025: Business Network International (BNI) Udaipur organized a grand 1-2-1 Conclave 'Disha 3.0' on September 20, 2025 at Hotel Howard Johnson in Udaipur. The event witnessed the participation of over 145 BNI members and guests, making it a highly impactful platform for networking and business growth.

Anil Chhajerh, BNI Udaipur’s Executive Director, , shared that more than 450 referrals were exchanged during the conclave. Members also delivered their feature presentations, which helped strengthen collaborations and create new business opportunities within the network.

During the event, three new members joined BNI on the spot, while several guests also expressed their interest in becoming part of the organization. Chhajerh further announced that BNI Udaipur will soon be operating with 11 chapters, including one Corporate Chapter and two upcoming online chapters – Topaz and Peridot.

The Chief Guest of the conclave was renowned industrialist Dr. V. K. Ladia, who inspired the audience by sharing his entrepreneurial journey and emphasized that “Honesty is the key to success.”

“Ironman” title holder and young entrepreneur Sourabh Sikhwal addressed the youth, highlighting the importance of physical and mental fitness. He shared that a fit body and mind enable individuals to stay more focused and achieve their goals effectively.

A panel discussion, moderated by BNI member and architect Sunil Ladha, provided a meaningful exchange of ideas on business and collaboration among members. The event, which lasted for over 6 hours, also witnessed three 1-2-1 networking sessions, that enabled 450 referral sharing and facilitated inter chapter collaboration, learning and relationship boost. One of the highlights of the event was a idea generation and presentation feature, that got groups into a 15 minute brain storming session to come up with new and innovative ideas and present their idea to the panelists.

The event was made successful through the efforts of Dr. Chitra Laddha (Event Chairperson) along with Himanshu Kataria, Siddharth Laddha, Manisha Lalwani, Manav, Ankita, Naveena and Bhavika.

In his closing remarks, Anil Chhajerh announced that BNI Udaipur’s annual mega event “UDHYAM 25” will be held in December 2025, promising yet another Mega & a grand opportunity for members. This conclave reinforced BNI Udaipur’s dedication to nurturing a culture of trust, collaboration, and business excellence in Rajasthan.
