BSNL has come up with new schemes as the company determines to provide improved services, efficient customer care services and achieve goals this year.

BSNL has come up with new schemes as the company determines to provide improved services, efficient customer care services and achieve goals this year.

Shravan Kumar, GM informed that to improve the working efficiency of BSNL land line and mobility services, it is required for every worker of BSNL to work proficiently. He also said that there is a growth of customers in mobility and to provide uninterrupted services, they will launch new BTS. In the press meet, Co-GM Jitendra Kumar, Deputy GM sushil Kabra, Financial Advisor SL Rao, Asst GM P Nanda and others were present.

The new schemes available will be as follows:

– Yuva Rajasthan Plan for students. In this, students will be provided free SIM and with Rs. 75 monthly recharge, the students of college associated with the same university will avail unlimited talk time with each other.

– Broadband’s unlimited plans are created for city and village areas.

– Without any special occasion, full talk time will be available with top ups of Rs. 200, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 550.

– In all the houses which have fixed land lines, the customers will avail equal minutes of free talking as the monthly charge. For eg. with Rs. 195 monthly charge, customer will get 195 free minutes.

– Central, state and semi-government employees (employed or retired) will get 10% off on broadband plan rent.

Besides these, the services of unlimited broadband at night and BSNL IPTV have been shut down.
