Adding a new pinch of spices with the gallop of taste elements, another eating point has opened up in the city to serve a niche clientele. Café Coriander is all set to serve some scrumptious dishes with an innovative style of hospitality.
The menu of the restaurant consists of Vegetarian cum ‘Eggetarian’ delicacies. Café Coriander was inaugurated today in the outskirts of the city, opposite to Pacific University, Airport Road.
“The idea behind opening in the outskirts is to cater the needs of the college going students as well as for families who feel left-out in the clumsiness of the city. A meal with some fresh air, distant from city has its own taste”, says Piyush Paliwal, Owner of Café Coriander.
Two special rooms named Red and Blue are designed and equipped to stand the seating capacity of nearly 10 individuals together, where they can enjoy without disturbing others or getting disturbed by others.
Coming to the price, the rates of the café, Piyush said that it has been kept very economical, providing substantial discounts and schemes. The Café also has a huge hall for parties and is fully air conditioned.
“We have developed our own food-fusions like Cheesy Balls with Salsa Sauce, Devil’s Egg, Malav Masala Dosa, C2 Sandwich & C2 Pizzas,” said Piyush in a conversation with UT.
When asked the reason behind introducing dishes made of eggs while the rest of the menu is vegetarian, Piyush said that there are many places in the city that serve non-veg food but eggs are always neglected, so we gave it a big and special place at Café Coriander.
The restaurant strictly doesn’t serve any meat items including Mutton or Chicken except Eggs.
