Right career selection is the first step towards success.  We are confused in our selection because while mind says something, the heart says something else.  One must learn the art of synchronization of heart and mind for optimal output to achieve grand success.  With proper techniques and right questioning a person can explore hidden true inner voice of conscience and can achieve peak performance.

These thoughts and related methodology was discussed in length in a career guidance workshop organized for students of Rajkiya Vishisht Madhyamik Vidyalaya.  The workshop was organized by Rotary Club Elite and founder of Seven Effective Thinking Patterns (SETP), Dr. Arvinder Singh.

Students were enthused, motivated and benefited by introduction of this thinking SETP tool.  They actively participated in workshop in form of interactive question and answer sessions and filling worksheets.  Pedagogy of Digital presentation, videos and thought provoking questionnaires were used to make them hear the inner voice.  The main objective was that students must not choose the career by imitation or whims and fancies.  Rather, career selection must be in line with interest, aptitude and attitude.

Rotary Club President Manish Galundia and Secretary Ramesh Modi encouraged students and also distributed awards.  Past President Puneet Saxena, Principal of the school Rekha Chouhan, Faculty Mahendra and Assistant Manager Meenakshi Kumawat were present during the session.
