College of Dairy and Food Science Technology inaugurated the much awaited ‘Milk Parlor’ where students will undertake retail counters as part of campus training.

The parlor is opened in the MLSU premises, near CDFT campus. The parlor will serve Milk and Food products like Dairy Products, Amla Candy, Jelly Powder, Pickles of different kind, Shreekhand, Lassi, Ice-Cream and Indian Cottage Cheese.

While informing about the program, Prof Mathur said, “During the 6 month training, students will understand marketing and sales of the product. In addition to this, the college will get some revenue.”
