Chatwal Group to enter Udaipur Hotel Business
Udaipur, being one of the most preferred tourist destinations for the travellers from across the world has been attracting many world famous hotel brands to the city. New York-based hotelier, Chatwal Hotels & Resorts plans to establish its brand soon in Udaipur with its plan to launch 52 hotels in India over the next five years.

New York-based hotelier, Chatwal Hotels & Resorts plans to establish its brand soon in Udaipur with its plan to launch 52 hotels in India over the next five years.
The company has collaborated with International hospitality major Wyndham Hotel Group to promote its brands viz. Night and Dream. Chatwal Hotels & Resorts will be handling the calculated number of assets and Wyndham will deliver sales and marketing assistance.
Dream is a 5-Star full service premium brand and Night would be 4-Star mid-segment boutique property. They we will be operating 40 hotels under Night and 12 properties under Dream and for the same purpose an investment of Rs. 2000 crore has already been announced by the company.
A Dream hotel is already in operation at Kochi and along with their property at Udaipur, the company will soon launch its two brands in Delhi, Jaipur, Goa, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Raipur.
“India has always been one of my favorite destinations and in the next 10 years, we want to have 100 hotels in India,” said Sant Singh Chatwal, the NRI hotelier, Chairman and CEO, Hampshire Hotels and Resorts while talking to travel and hospitality site Gadling.com. Hampshire Hotels and Resorts is the management support of Chatwal Hotels and Resorts.
Dream and Night hotels are at present operating at New York, Miami, Bangkok, Thailand and Kochi, India. Prague, Budapest, Berlin, Zagreb, Sao Paulo and U.S including Los Angeles are the potential planned destinations for coming projects.
