No ATM Withdrawl Fee for 3 months and No Minimum Balance Charges
 
Corona Relief from Income Tax | Fin Min extends Income Tax deadline for FY 18-19 to June 30

Nirmal Sitharaman, Finance Minister announced a series of relief measures to counter the economic situation caused by the Corona Pandemic globally.

In her video conference today at 2PM, the Finance Minister declared the following relief measures:

Income Tax filing for the Financial Year 2018-19 extended till 30 June 2020. The earlier date was 31 March, 2020.

Aadhar PAN Card linking date has been extended till 30 June 2020.

Interest Rates on Delayed Payments reduced to 9% from 12%.

No ATM fee for withdrawls from any Bank ATM. Debit Card holders who withdraw cash from other bank ATMs can do it for free over the next 3 months.

No Minimum Balance Fee will be charged by Banks

Threshold of insolvency proceedings relaxed to Rs 1 Crore.
