The fear of corona virus is taking its toll on Rajasthan tourism. 40 percent bookings have been cancelled by foreign nationals. The world-wide fear has affected tourism to a great extent.

Rajasthan tourism and Health Minsitry are trying to make the people aware through social meida that Rajasthan is safe from the effect of corona virus. 

Though the tourist season lasts upto March, yet this year in 2020 the numbers of tourists have reduced beacause of health stake. Maximum foreign tourists have cancelled their bookings. The hoteliers have also been directed to report the arrivals of people from China.

Since the virus is fatal, people are very obviously scared and do not wish to travel any more. The hotel industries who survive mainly on foreign bookings are suffering a great deal.
