Recruitment is the basic need of any organization as that’s the way to grow. In order to recruit young minds to small businesses and to provide job seekers with more opportunities, a mobile based dedicated recruitment platform was initiated last month by CvBhejo.com.
Started with a web application, CvBhejo.com has now realized that the perfect solution lies in mobile. In order to make the job seeker registration very simple, they have introduced following methods:
– Registration by SMS (by Sending the basic details) 8104272969
– Call and give us the details
Nikhilesh Tayal, founder of cvbhejo.com said, “The job Alerts will be sent through SMS and candidates can apply through SMS/ Call. The process is very simple and completely mobile based.”
They have also tied up with almost all educational institutes of the city including Pacific University, Geetanjali University, B.Ed Colleges etc and 50 colleges across Rajasthan.
They are also now sharing their jobs which eventually help both the parties (job seekers and recruitment consultants). Currently the 30+ consultants post their jobs regularly along with 600+ direct employers. Employers can use a dedicated dashboard and manage the entire recruitment process online.
Going further, they will introduce IVR and Long Codes for registration to further simplify the process. Also, they will create a database of filtered candidates, so that the recruiters get only the interested and employable candidates and do not get bombarded with unwanted calls hence saving time and effort.
“The major breakthrough we will be doing is to tie up with mobile classified and regional classified companies in order to tremendously increase the reach to job seekers and distribute jobs” says, Nikhilesh.
