DISHA | An interactive session on Job preparedness and Interview skills at MG College
As you are aware about the program ( DISHA) we are going on with college students and upcoming job seekers.
Today we had a program with MG COLLEGE students under banner of ACHIEVERS and NSS department of MG COLLEGE.
Students were guided on the practical approach and the points one has to take care while choosing a career and skills the corporate is looking forward while the candidate is coming for interview.
The experts talked about Potentiality, Right attitude, Confidence, Will n Skills, writing skills which they use to judge when a candidate enters a room.
They rightly directed the candidates and solve their queries regarding their career skills and other questions.
The program was headed by Director Achiever Mr. Amit Mathur who launched a special 5 days program on Interview skills - An Art for the students to guide and prepare them practically towards the points discussed during the session by the Company Professionals.
Mr. Rajiv Verma, ex AVP ( WEST ZONE) HDFC LIFE, Mr. Deepak Verma , Manager HR, FORTIS HOSPITAL, Ms. Ekta Jain, HR MANAGER, FIVE SPLASH, were the key speakers in today's session.
Principal MG COLLEGE Dr. Ritu Matharu, emphasize on the overall development of the students and asked the upcoming Job seekers to be prepare to face challenges in their life n learn with these challenges of life.
NSS prabhari of MG College, Vinita Kothari, Prof. Vandana , Prof. Dashora and other dignatory faculties were also present during the session.

Achievers, a local body of professionals led by Amit Mathur, conducted their second session under DISHA, which is an activity being conducted with college students and job seekers in the city.
After having completed a successful interactive session at BN University, the team led by Achievers Director Amit Mathur spoke to students and teachers at the Meera Girls College. The session, held at MG College in joint association with NSS department at MG College on 28 September was attended by most students and faculty members of the college.
Students were advised on the practical approach to choosing a career and skill development while doing their studies and thereon. Advice on interview skills, identification of self potential, right attitude, confidence, writing and conversation skills was also provided by the experts, who also handled questions from the audience.
Amit Mathur was accompanied by Rajiv Verma, ex-AVP, HDFC Bank, Deepak Verma, Manager HR at Fortis Udaipur, Ekta Jain, HR Manager at Five Splash.
Dr Ritu Matharu, Principal at MG College emphasized on the overall development of the students and advised them to be prepared for the challenges life has to offer. Vinita Kothari of NSS, Prof Vandana, Prof Dashora were among the faculty members present at the workshop.
