Udaipur’s first power couple – Vindeep and Manali have set up the city’s first Ladies Only Gymnasium in Udaipur.

Vindeep and Manali are known as Udaipur’s Power Couple who have surprised Udaipur by their physical transformation.  This feat has been achieved by will power, dedication, discipline all coupled into hard work.

Vindeep came up with his 1st fitness centre, VINDEEP’S FIT LIST in Udaipur in 2014, and has succeeded in opening four branches in the city – Hiran Magri, Shobhagpura and Saheli Nagar.  Two of these branches have been opened recently and are dedicated to ladies only.

“If anyone is looking out for an amazing body transformation, start with understanding your own body in terms of exercise and nutrition both”, say Vindeep and Manali.

Having met for the first time at Vindeep’s Fitlist three years ago, their passion for fitness and common interests in travel and art have kept them together since then.  The couple has gone all out in transforming themselves and taking their joint passion into the entrepreneurship mode – opening up fitness and nutrition centres across the city of Udaipur.

Manali, after going through her own transformation from fat to fit in Vindeep’s company and subsequently completing various Fitness training certifications, joined Vindeep in 2017 as a Fitness coach.  She is also an internationally qualified REP3 certified fitness coach, which makes her the first of this kind in Rajasthan and among the very few in India.  In 2014, she took honors for being a National rowing champion too.  She is currently Training ladies at Sec 14 Hiran Magir and Saheli Nagar branches.

After their own life style transformation their focus is to transform others too, which motivates them to work hard towards their clients and help them to achieve their fitness goals.
