HRH Groups of Hotels, a leading name in the hotel industries is now planning to enter into new ties to enhance their business.

HRH group, run by the Royal family of Mewar is preserving the cultural and traditional ethos with modernity. According to a hospitality related website, the group is planning to move ahead by exploring management tie-ups with international and domestic hospitality brands for its heritage properties spread all over Rajasthan.

The group owns and operates 10 properties that includes both hotels and resorts which have about 600 rooms and the group is particular about the renovation and expansion of its property for which the investment is funded by internal accruals and bank loans.

Arvind Singh Mewar, Group Chairman and Director, HRH Group of Hotels quoted to HospitalityBizzIndia.com, “We are currently in negotiations with big international and domestic hotel brands to give our properties for management.”

He further added why the group is considering third party management, “Though we are a profitable company, tying up with other professional brands will help us become more profitable, and faster.”

One of the hotels is already under the management of Indian Hotels Company Ltd. under Taj Lake Palace brand.

The group is already investing about Rs.100 crores in adding more rooms to their property and also on its renovation in this financial year and they have plans to invest about 50 crores for it the next financial year, the website says.

However, the group’s annual tally of revenues was not disclosed as it is a privately own firmed.
