A team of HRH group of Hotels, Udaipur has received the prestigious IT Next100 Award ‘Future CIO of India’ on 4 December 2011 at a ceremony held at Fort Jadhavgarh, Pune.

Adding another milestone for one of the biggest hotel groups of India, Vijay Choudhary, Head IT, HRH Group of Hotels and his team achieved the recognition for their outstanding work and team spirit.

IT Next is an IT-media group which publishes a magazine ‘IT Next’ and offers knowledge centre services. IT Next introduced an award styled “NEXT100” in which they selected top 100 IT-Managers from companies in India who has potential to become CIO in the future.

The process of “Next100” engaged with thousands of aspiring CIOs, across multiple platforms, over a six month period to select the best. The aspirants participated in an exhaustive series of activities that test their profile, techno-commercial, management and leadership skills. Finally, the short listed candidates were interviewed by a prestigious committee of CIOs to decide the award recipients.

Vijay Choudhary of HRH Group of Hotels had initiated the process of applying for the award and led from the front to go through the entire selection process until finally being selected.
