Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT), one of India’s fastest growing career skills training institutes and a subsidiary of TeamLease Services, today announced the opening of its first career training centre in Udaipur.

The Institute also organized a job fair, with 25 numbers of students receiving offer letters from some of the leading companies. Around more than 150+ students participated in job fair. The fair was a platform for both companies and candidates to come together, and saw around 7 companies recruiting talents across all levels.

Situated at 356, 2nd floor, Surya Plaza, University Road, Udaipur, the new centre with industry relevant courses will address the employability plaguing in the region and help the students to take advantage of the growing opportunities in the region.

Deriving insights from the exhaustive TeamLease National Employment Framework (TNEF), the center will offer courses that are designed in tune with the demands of the industry. The centre will offer students courses in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Banking industry as well. The centre will also provide soft skills training further enhancing the employment prospects of the candidate. The Institute aims to provide training to only 100 numbers of students in the first year of operations.

Commenting on the launch of the centre, Kuldeep Parekh, Divisional Manager North Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT) said, “At IIJT we always strive to improve the employability quotient among the youth across India. With this new centre, we are confident that we will be able to empower the youth in the region and help them make inroads into the corporate world”.

Apart from several training programs, IIJT provides students an opportunity to reach out to various corporate through its regular Job fairs. Through such fairs, IIJT has provided more than 25,000 job opportunities to the youth in the last 12 months.
