ViaWork Business Solutions was founded by Nirmal Bhavsar. The name came from the idea of getting work done through ViaWork team. They provide staffing solutions to small to medium size business from all over the world. They help businesses to find the right candidates for their openings and build the right team at the right time at a lower cost than either traditional staffing or internal recruiting models. Currently, the team comprises of nine members to serve the existing 10 clients situated in countries like Australia, UK and United States.

ViaWork is building a unique website and database of the candidates with the integration of social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin for their clients who can find the right candidates for open job openings in their organisations. Also, on the same website, the client can advertise the job requirements and any candidate can apply and submit their applications for the same. The overall idea is to make the life of employer and the candidate seeking job easy by providing them a platform with all the solutions all at one place.

Apart from staffing services, they also examine client’s business and provide them with valuable insights for their business, website, SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns. They are also planning to build an app for smartphones to search candidates, submit resumes and advertising the jobs but these all will come in action once they have a good pool of client and a strong team to manage that.

Nirmal came in Udaipur in 2007 after schooling from home town Mangalwar (Chittorgarh). He is working in the IT industry from last 12 years and has gained the experience to found own starup. Since childhood, he has a dream to start own business. He is very tech savvy and has a great interest in new technologies. This enthusiasm leads him to find ViaWork.
