I’TAG, a consultancy company is commencing services on 16^th January, 2012, with an aim to provide Business Solutions, HR solutions and IT solutions to the growing businesses of Udaipur by delivering innovative business solutions.

Not depending upon the bookish knowledge for the solutions, the company plans to do thorough surveys studies and diagnosis offunctioning of its client business organization with the help of latest technologies and best HR practices.

Vaishakh Viswam Nair (right side in photo above), the young CEO of I’tag consultancies says, “My team will work on fact and figures that we will calculate. I cannot give suggestion to my clients on the basis of data collected and theories made out of them in some books, those might have worked for some but there is no surety they will work for others as well.”

I’ tag wishes at delivering services like organizational climate survey, HR audit and system reviews, training and development programs, recruitment, job evaluation, employee satisfaction survey, legal solutions, web solutions, SAP up gradation, Business Applications Management, Supply Chain Management and many other facilities.

“There are firms that have been running from ages and are now inherited by young generation. This young generation wants to do something new in it but do not have the guidance on how to proceed. We plan to provide innovative and successful ideas to such companies also”, said Lalit, the Human Resource head of the company.

With Udaipur I’tag will also be launched in 7 more cities across India specifically Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Varanasi, Surat and Mumbai. Recruitments for Zonal Head have started today Udaipur in and will be held in other cities in the coming weeks.

Vaishakh said, “I know it’s a big risk to start up a business at 8 cities in a go, but it will be a hit. I plan to have young innovative and energetic team to help me in my objectives, and I plan to expand I’tag in 18 cities in the next 2 months.”

Vaishakh also has an idea to start up two monthly magazines for Udaipur dedicated to corporate world and the youth.
